History

         The school was established in the year 1963 in the memory of Shrimat Swami Pranabanandajee with the initiative and efforts of a Maharaj of Bharat Sevashram Sangha and the well wishers of Jaratragachi village, by donating money and land to the educationists. They have worked tirelessly for the betterment of the education of the children and adolescents of the area and have saved the survival of the school. They were determined to educate the backward children and adolescents of the remote villages. That trend continues today.
