History

Patulia Girls' High School was set up on 1st April, 1968. Before that Patula Gram Panchayet did not any seperate girls' school. There was only one school there where boys and girls went there which Patulia High School. Respected Jadhu Nath Bhattacharyya first felt the need to have a seperate girls' school in this area. From 1981, many efforts and sacrifice were invested to fulfill the dream in reality. Rekha Biswas, Nilima Das, Pratima Dhar, Bani Banerjee, Jharna Ghosal, Manju Chowdhury, Namita Nag and Nilima Chakroborty had contributed a lot to give the touch of reality of the dream.
