History

Selampur Gustia F.P School was established on 20.01.1962. First the school was established on about 15 satak which was given by land owner Late Anath Nath Patra. Later about 12 satak land was bought from Amjad Ali Mondal.Late Manindranath Singha Ray was first headmaster of this school. The school is named after two adjacent villages.
