History

                   AGAPUR F.P SCHOOL situated in North 24 Parganas under BADURIA CIRCLE of Baduria Block,Jadurhati Dakshin Gram Panchayet VEC-iv,AGAPUR GRAM. The school established in 1962 on 16th, January. Land for the school was donated by Md. Siraj Saheb the local renowned person. At first the the school was made of mud wall and golpata roofing. Then it reformed time to time with the help of Panchayet, local bodies and education department. Now the school is fully paka with 3 rooms, veranda,separate toilets for boys and girls, mid-day-meal kitchen, tubewell . In the school Bengali, English, Mathematics, EVS,Grammar all subjects being taught in bengali medium. At present there are 5 teachers including TIC in this school. All the cultural programmes like Independence Day, Republic Day, 23rd January etc. Observed in the school. Teacher-student relation very good in the school. There is no play ground in the school which is must needed   and 2 class rooms and a hall room also must needed for the school.
