History

Paschim Bibipur F P School is one of the best known schools in North 24 Parganas under the supervision of the S.I of School, Basirhat West Circle. The school was established in the year 1952 with the help of some education interested  persons so far. The school has produced many great scholars who are working as engineers, doctors, teachers and other fields all over the country. Some are working in abroad. At present there are 265 students and 8 teachers in this school. The school has all kind of modern facilities such as electricity , running water, well-decorated kitchen shed for mid-day meal, store room, separate wash room and toilet for girls, boys and staff. The school has also the facility of computer with colour printer. The school is surrounded with a lofty wall on all sides. There is a big play ground in-front of our scnhool. We have installed many playing equipments like slides, cradles, toys etc for the little children with the help of "SARBA SHIKSHA ABHIJAN". With the tender love of the teachers, the hearty co-operation of the guardians and the efforts of the students the school has achieved the prestigious "NIRMAL VIDYALAYA AWARD" in the district. Every year we observe the Independence Day, the birth day anniversary of Acharya Prafulla Chandra Roy, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Rakhi  Purnima, Teachers' Day with pomp and gaiety. The Annual Anchal Sports is held every year in our school ground. We also arrange a picnic for the students every year. Our heart dances in joy when we see the little children wearing their white-blue uniform play in front of us. We, all the staff are working as a unit. Our only aim is to go forward and maintain the reputation of our school.
