History of The School

            The School was initially established at the initiative of all the villagers by donating money and rendering hard labour in the year 1964 in a land  of 4 Satak which was graciously donated by a noble man of the village named Sachin Chandra Mondal who is no more.The School got the approval of the West Bengal Government in the year 1967.It was then single storey. Later in the year 2005 the West Bengal Government gave a grant to build the 2nd storey. There is a piece of big vested land in front of the School where not only the students but also the villagers play after School hours and  various functions are held both by School and the inmates of the village.The Shool is in the flank of the village with full of greens all around.It is an ideal environment of a School as calm  atmosphere prevails everywhere. In 2015 Electrification was made. Now the Infrastructure is better at the generosity of the West Bengal Government.
