History

 With the visinonary thought of Mr. Kalipada Ghosh and Md. Khairul Islam and a few others of this village, the school was first set up in a small thatched room in the year of 1970. Then in 1973 the school got recognition by the Govt. And now it became a two storeyed pucca building on 23 Satak land. Initially there used to be a large number of students enrolled every year in this school since it was only the primary school in the area.But with the establishment of few more schools in close visinity, the students are distributed in all the schools now a days.
