The History of Gobindapur F.P. School

  Taking the oath to spread education to all Gobindapur F.P. School was established at Gobindapur village (of Hasnabad circle) on 21st January in the year of 1963 with the earnest effort of Late Sunil Kumar De and the co-operation of the villagers of Gobindapur. The initial land to set up the school was donated by respected Abdul Gani Molla. Honourable Sunil Kumar De himself took the charge of the school as the first headmaster. Since those early days Gobindapur F.P. School has been playing a big role in educating mankind with glory. For years the teachers have been enriching the pupils not only in bookish knowledge but in the cultural aspects too. The school stands for its tireless efforts in order to build characters of  the dear students. There are a lot of instances of our excellence, i.e.- Soumyadeep Pal, one of our ex-students stood second in the Inter District Drawing Competition in the year of 2017; we won the Nirmal Vidyalaya Award in the year of 2018 and so on. Every year the students of our school make us proud of them by winning lot of prizes in different levels of the Annual Sports Competition and we believe that the tradition will continue for ever. A number of students, passed out from our school are presently employed in higher posts in Govt and private sectors. We are continuously concerned to introduce the latest technology (i.e.- computer, projector etc) in education to build up a smart educational environment for our students. The co-operation of the guardians has made the mission easier for us in all respect and we're thankful to them! We are always determined to spread the glory of our school at every nook and corner and to ensure the enlightenment of each and every child so that they can become a strong backbone of the nation in future.
