History

           Gabtala FP School is situated in the village, Gabtala of Hasnabad Block in the district of North 24 Parganas. Late Krishnapada Mondal, the inhabitant of the village Gabtala, established this school in 1942. Late Tapajel Shikari was the first Head Teacher of this school. At first the school was built with mud. Later the school was built with bricks consisting of 4 rooms. After this 3 more rooms, 1 kitchen and 2 separate  toilets for boys and girls were built by S.S.M.
