History

This school was establised during 1962. The school started its academic functioning from 02 January 1962. Late Ambud Krishna Baidya of Village Khanpukur, P.S. - Hasnabad was the first Head Teacher of this school and late Rashik Chandra Gayen was one of the respected founder personality of the village. That time there was no primary school at the locality. Chak Khanpukur SPFP School is situated at village Khanpukur of Hasnabad Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building. However during 1995 under Hasnabad block built a pakka (concrete) building consisting of 1 hall class room for this school. Thereafter till date this school got total 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets for boys and girls from Sarva Shiksha Mission.
