History

Sandelerbill A.B.S. Madanmohan Vidyapith (High) was established in 1957 on a piece of land donated by the successors of Mondal Family in memory of Late Madanmohan Mondal, a famous educationist and social worker. Late Mondal was one of the pioneers in spreading the light of education in the remote area of Sundarban. The school,named after him,has become an object of pride and gloryi in Hingalganj Block, North 24 Parganas now-a-days.
