History

Malekanghumti Ramkrishna Vidyaniketan was founded in 1968. Late Himangshu Bhuson Mandal was the founder of this school. Initially it was named "Malekanghumti Prankrishna Vidyanivesh". After on 18th September 1988, The name of this school was changed to "Malekanghumti Ramkrishna Vidyaniketan" with the help of "Ramkrishna Misson" (Belur Math). Finally on 16th september 1998, the school was upgraded to secndary school from upper-primary school.
