This school was established in 1941, then India was under the british rule. There was no primary in the village at that time. Some honourable person in the village felt the importance of education and decided to establish a school with their great effort. Some of them donated lands for this purpose. Then the school started its academic year in 1941. At that time the foundation of the school had no concrete buildings. Students of this school started their elementary education by sitting under the tree. But in monsoon it was impossible to continue the class. Then a mud building with bamboos was set up. In this way the school got its first building. Now the school building is totally concrete. There are two storied buildings including 8 class rooms, an office room and separately a kitchen room and a dining room.
