The School is situated in a small village named Bermajur under Sandeshkhali Circle, North 24 Pargana. A kind hearted villager, Late Sri Puran Sardar offered 34 Satak land to establish the school in 1982. The school began its Educational Journey on 20-02-1982 with few students in a small mud cottage. Later in early 1990 when more students started to attend the school, the cottage evolved into a concrete hall room with mud floor. The very first HT of the school Mr. Rabindranath Mandal joined the school on 01-10-2005 and started to rebuild the school with the help of SSA and 5 ACR. Today the school has a two storey building with a big veranda, 6 class rooms, a library room, one additional room for office work, a kitchen and 2 sets of toilets for boys and girls.
