History

Nimtala D.K. P.P.T High school is one of the prestigious secondary school in this area. It was set up in 1967 with the endeavour of some enthusiastic educationists and social activists to spread the light of education among the children of marginal farmers and day labourers residing in some adjacent villages namely Nimtala, Damhati, Kanchdaha, Pubali,Parui, Tepul & etc. Since its inception, the school has been producing' glorious results in Secondary Examinations with the help of ample guidance by efficient members of the Managing committees, dedicated and professional teachers and other staff members and conscious guardians. Our students have excelled not only in studies, but also in cultural activities, social work and in sports. We hope that the school will retain its glory with the much needed help of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, guardians, M.C members and favourable Govt. schemes.
