Bijoynagar village is situated in the remote area. There was no smooth communication system at the initial stage . It is surrounded by ditches and fields . The children here used to attend near by F.P School crossing ditches and lakes . During the monsoon ditches and lakes were filled with water and the little children could not attend school . Most of the children were marked drop out feeling insecured though they had immence desire of learning . In 2001 the Govt. of West Bengal launched some new scheme of implementing new schools. In compliance with that Govt. scheme the villagers appealed to the in response to that appeal the Govt. excuted an order of implementing new F.P School . SRI MEGHNATH RAHA son of LATE KANAK CHANDRA RAHA came forword to donate yhe land for the school conditionally that the school would be entitle " Bijoynagar Chandra Shekhar Smriti F.P School " as memory of his departed son . The villagers supported the suggestion . In response to that appeal the honourable Govt. excuted order of implementing school entitled that name bearing order copy vide memo no - 1339/1/(5)/New School , dated 7th february 2001 , North 24 parganas D.P.S.C Afterwards the new school inaugurated on 13th February 2001 in a hut wich made by bamboo and covered with tent . In presence of honourable SIS- Bagdah West - Smt Debala Majumder , Smt Purnima Biswas - Savapati , Bagdah panchayet samiti , Kanika Biswas - Pradhan Malipota G.P  in including other dignitances accompained by teacher " SRI NITYANANDA RAY " and 46 children in class one amidst much enthusiasm of the villagers . In 2002 North 24 parganas zilla parisad sanctioned Rs 330,000 for erecting school building . Consequently , the school building was erected having two class rooms with much enthusiosm through the VEC in 2003 Bagdah Panchayet Samiti Sanctioned RS 35000/  for construction of toilet. Later in 2006 Sarva Sikhsha Mission -  North 24 pgs  sanctioned Rs 3,40,000 /- for the purpose of two additional class rooms . Two class rooms and an additional room having staircases was erected in the first floor through Govt. rules by the VEC . In 2010 pucca kitchen room was erected under MDM project by Bagdah Panchayet Samiti. In 2008 pespected "SRI INDUBHUSAN RAHA"son of late "KANAK CHANDRA RAHA " donated eight shatak land for the devolopment of school as threre was shortage of land . In 2013 the School won " Nirmal Vidyalaya Award " from North 24 pgs district . In 2014 Bagdah Panchyet Samiti Sanctioned Rs 35000 /- for construction other toilet block . An other additional toilet block . An other additional Toilet block was also erected outside of the building by Bagdah Panchayet Samiti . Two tubewells were also installed through the Govt. Scheme . In  2018 Solar System, Sajal dhara was installed for pure drinking water in school premises . School premises were covered with green fence through the initivative of Malipota G.P . At present teaching learning is going . There are four permanent teacher and a para teacher. The VEC and the guardians have immense role for various works in school .  The school has raised head and recognised as reputed one though their united efforts . The villagers love the school through the heart and help accordingly . The children of the school take part in sports and other creative work in subdivitional and district level . At present the villagers take pride of this school. Though there is no registerd play ground in front of the school but the villagers have left three bighas empty land  (Vested land 72 Deara mouza plot no - 433) for the children as their playground . At the same time Malipota GP has added beautification erecting green fence . At present this institute is raised its head high through reputation and proper beautification under the guidance respected H.T " SRI NITYANANDA RAY " . The annual sports in GP and circle level is held in this school through the efforts of the villagers and the young generation in a lively way . this institute has recognation from Panchayet , Circle , Block and district level .
