HISTORY OF RANGHAT AKS FP SCHOOL SET UP

That was the day when there was no schools in our village. We were really poor that day. Some villagers showed interest for setting up a new school. But no one came for help. Only the father-in-law of the present Panchayat member Mrs Prativa Mondal came for help with some villagers.That was the year of 2000. Then the Project of Sarvashiksha Abhiyan came in India. That scheme succeeded our purpose. We got a Primary school named RANGHAT AKS FP. FP means free primary i.e the education for all specially children between age of 6 to 14. We the villagers became rich from that day because education sharpens knowledge i.e the power of sense.
