History

This school was establised during 1952.  The school started its academic functioning from 04 August 1954. Late Bhagirath Nandi of Village Protapnagar , P.S. – Habra was the first Head Teacher of this school. He was one of the respected founder personality of the village.  That time there was no primary school at the village.  Kalasima Pattabuka Junior Basic School is situated at village Pattabuka of Gaighata Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building.  Thereafter till date this school got additional 9 rooms, 1 Head Teacher Room ,1 kitchen, 4 sets toilets for boys and girls from Samogra Siksha Mission.
