History

The school was established in 1972 after the selfless efforts of the founder members -MLA Sri Chandipada Mitra ,Sri Krishnapada Chakraborty,Sri Abani Ratan Mitra, Sri Alok Mitra, Sri Adhir Ghosh and Sri Shyamaprasad Ghosh. The land for seeting up of the school was donated by late Dr.Manmathnath Ghosh and his family members.The school received its recognition as junior high school in 1974and its affiliation of W.B.B.S.E in 1998.
