History

This school was establised during 1959.  The school started its academic functioning from 29 November 1959. Late Prabadh Halder Vill - Beri, P.O - Ramnagar, P.S - Gaighata, was the doner of school land. Late Manmata Halder of Village Beri, P.S. -Gaighata was the first Head Teacher of this school. He was one of the respected founder personality of the village.  That time there was no primary school at the village.  But  the  High School was shifted to the nearby village Berigopalpur and converted to a High School upto class X. Beri Ramnagar F.P School is situated at village Beri of Gaighata Block of District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) building.  But during 1965 the  built a pakka (concrete) building consisting of one rooms for this school.However from Sarbo Siksha Mission. Two building established from Three A.C.R Grand and Mezor repairing grand. There for till date Four classes in two building, one kitchen, two toilets for boys and girls was made from Gram Panchayet Samiti and Gram Panchayet.
