History

School is considered as a place where the children are groomed to become a better human being. It becomes the second home for them where they learn, play and eat. Every stuff of our school is very caring to the students. We all love them. The name of our school is 'Deshbandhu Prathamik Vidyalaya'.It is situated at Kazipara,Barasat and in the district of North 24 Parganas.Our school is under Barasat circle. It was established on 27th March, 1972 and Mr. Golam Mortaza was the first head teacher.He had a great contribution for our school. Mrs Elora Bose(Paul) is our present HT. She is also very dedicated and helpful.There are 12 dedicated and professional faculty members who impart quality education to children.The school tries to provide best learning environment.The school has approximately380 as student strength.The school’s library has 300 books.
