 Maniktala  Block F.P.  School  History

This school was established during 1954.  Founder Late Bijoyranjan Das and he was one of the respected founder Personality of the village. The school started its academic functioning from 07 Dec 1954. Late Nanigopal Biswas of Village Maniktala, P.S. - Ashokenagar was the first Head Teacher of this school.

That time there was no primary school in the village. Maniktala Block FP School is situated in Village - Maniktala. Post - Maniktala. Block Habra – II. District North 24 Parganas. At the time of foundation this school had no proper pakka (concrete) Building.

However during 2006 the SarboSiksha Mission Build a pakka (concrete) Building consisting of 2 rooms for this school. And further SarboSiksha Mission build a additional (concrete) building 2 rooms. Therefore till date this school total 4 class rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 sets toilets for boys and girls from SarboSiksha Mission.
