Khardah Mill Hand Odia Up School is a Government aided Odia Medium co-ed primary school is situated in an urban industrial area of Titagarh Municipality Ward no-12 of North 24 Parganas district under Khardah circle.The School was established in 01 January 1935 and recognized by govt.of West Bengal.It was established by some educational enthusiastic social worker to provide quality and free of cost education.Late Loknath Mohapatra was the first teacher of this school.He was one of the respected founder of the school.That time there was no primary school in this locality in Odia Medium.This school was the first Odia Medium School in the North 24 Parganas district at that time.Late Debraj Jena was the first Head Teacher of this school.It was a renowned primary school of this locality at that time.It got 4 rooms,1 kitchen and 2 separate toilets for boys and girls.
