History

Khardah Maktab High School was establised in 1980. At first it was run as a Junior high school (urdu medium Co-education). It was recognized by the Govt. of West Bengal as a junior high school in 1987 with six teachers and a clerk and a Peon. Later on it was upgraded to Class X school and recognised West Bengal Board of Secondary education in 1995. Thereafter it was recognised as a 10+2 school by West Bengal Council of Higher secondary education within only Arts Stream in , Since them, the school has been disposing the light of learning among the students with the held of congealment teacher in their respective subjects.

                  The School has its own three storied building.
