History

The school was established in 1949. It was recognized by W.B.Govt. in 1971. Its  founder members took a great initiative to build the school and it was built taking donation from the local people.At the time of foundation this school had no concrete building.Its building was made concrete with the MLA LAD in 2008/2009 and again developed with the MP LAD in 2012/2013.Girls' toilet and common toilet were constructed with the grant from Sarva Siksha Mission.Now,the school is well developed with facilities like toilets,urinals,drinking water and electricity.
