History

          On a great occasion of spreading elementary education to the children SAHID COLONY PRIMARY SCHOOL was established in the year 1961 at Panihati Municipal Ward No. 13 under Barrackpore Subdivision, North 24 Parganas. Officially it is in Khardah South Circle under North 24 Parganas DPSC, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. A group of eight trained and experienced teachers always try to their best to bring up about two hundred kids like as “Bunch of Flowers”. They  also try to their level following modern methods. The methods are Educational tours, Dramatized method of Teaching, Wall Magazine, Quiz contest. Hand works, Craft making, Drawing and other creative activities.The dream of the school is to make the students completely adaptable to the global changes and bring their attainment of excellence through academics.
