History

The school was founded in 1970 and recognised as 2- class junior high school w. e.f  01/01/1974 video memo no. 11269/G dt. 02/12/1974.The school was upgraded as 4 class junior high school w. e. f  01/01/1984 vide Secy. WBBSE. Memo no. S/606 dt. 22/06/1984. First Grant-in-aid was sanction for 1979 vide D. I/S(S.E) 24 pgs. memo no. 2234/2(201) Jr(G.A) dt. 07/07/1979. The school was also upgraded w.e.f 01/05/2005 as high school vide Secy. WBBSE. Memo no. G/REcog/2006/389 dt. 02/03/2006.
