History

Bhagabati Devi Balika Vidyalaya(Govt. Sponsored) , AE 556 Salt Lake, is a renowned educational institute which play an important role in imparting education to the girls since 1987. The school is appeared as Secondary level at first, and then it is upgraded as Higher Secondary in 1994. The school has three streams likely Science, Arts and Commerce in Higher Secondary level. This is an institution where 917 students get their Education. The school is going forward with heartiest cooperation of Managing Committee, Guardians and all well-wishers. There is a tight bonding with the students, teachers and guardians which is the basic key of success of the students in academic as well as in other co-curricular area.
