History

The School Balipur Melatala High School(H.S) was established by some neighbouring renowned person at Balipur in 1958 begining Index No- G-3-010. Step by step it has been developed and now it is one of the reputed School in the district of Hooghly. It was established by 1)Uptendranath Maity, 2)Sufal Chandra Maity, 3)Ashutosh Porey, 4) Rasiklal Guchhait and 5) Jaminikanta Guchhait. The name of the founder is Jatindranath Bera  Biswas.
