
Badurchak Primary School (JW-25) is situated beside the river Damodar which is also known as "Sorrow of Bengal", because of its ravaging flooding nature. The school is within 2 kms from the temple of "Maa Rajballavi", the famous goddes of Rajbalhat. The school was established on 1st September 1960 with the help and active participation of some enthusiastic villagers who were passionate about education. Initially the school was started with primary section up to class-IV. Later the school was upgraded to class-V in the year 1985. From the beginning of its journey students of the school have left their glorious impression in the field of academics and Athletics.
