History

Rahimpur Nabagram High School ( H.S.) is not merely a name to the people of the adjacent localities, it is a symbol of their pride and honor. Some persons of the localities come forward in the year of 1960 to start a high school at junior level at Rahimpur More with few students and few teachers determined to sacrifice in every possible way. In course of time the school gradually flourished and developed with all the aspects of educational facilities.

Now the school stands with three multistoried big buildings as well as with twelve hundred students and more or less thirty teachers. The result of M.P & H.S examination for the last few years is impressing and most promising. Apart from this in the field of co curricular activities like sports and games, social service and cultural programs the school is showing its excellence in a regular manner year after year in the district of Hooghly.

The all round success of the institution has become possible for the extensive co-operation, dedication of the administration, teaching and non teaching staff and the benevolent people of the locality. We hope and believe our school will sign more and more and would be an ideal institution in future waiting for us.
