History

The School is recog. as 2 Class Jr. High Shcool w.e.f 01.01.1966 vide WBBSE in his memo No- 382 (II)/SC/P(II) Dt. 10.02.1966 as a Senior Basic School.

The School was lump Granted w.e.f -01.04.1966.

The School is recog. as 4 Class Jr. High School w.e.f-01.01.1970 vide WBBSE in his memo No-5996 (369) SC/P (II) Dt. 12.11.1969 Senior Basic School converted into Jr. High School.

The School came under the Salary deficit scheme w.e.f- 01.01.1979 vide G.O No- 2684 (5) Dt. 21.12.1978.

Baganda Jr. High School is Upgraded to BAGANDA HIGH SCHOOL w.e.f.-01.05.2005 vide WBBSE in his memo No- S/RECOG/516 Dt. 19.04.2006 with index No- T1-141.

BAGANDA HIGH SCHOOL is upgraded to BAGANDA HIGH SCHOOL (H.S) i.e 10+2 courses from 2016-2017 vide WBCHSE’S in his memo No- DS(Aca)SD/0489/RECOG/2016 Dt. 04.04.2016.
