History

Gholdigrui Junior High School was established at Vill+PO-Gholdigrui, PS-Pursurah, Dist-Hooghly in the academic year 2010. The school started on 1st April 2010 under the full rules and regulation  of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. The School’s every financial allotment from Government of West Bengal  under Grand-in-Aid Section. The School started with 59 students only from that date. There was three Teacher like Honourable Tapan Kumar Basu, Ganesh Chandra Pal, Bhanu Prasad Bag. In 2011 the first permanent Teacher was appointed in the school from School Service Commission. Respected Sir Suman Ghosh (A.T. in Math(H/PG)), Madam Arpita Das (A.T. In Geo(P)) & Madam Payel Basu (A.T. in Eng(H/PG)) were joined on july'2011. After that a non teaching staff Shyamal Das (Gr -D) & a teaching staff Shakhi Pal(A.T. in Bio-Sc(P)) were come. The School’s  infrastructure  is quite satisfactory and atmosphere is friendly for the students.
