History

Sandua Junior High School started its journey in 2012. Though our school received provisional recognition from class V to class VIII on 01/02/2011. Our school is flourishing gradually. It has attained familiarity and popularity among the people of the locality. There were three guest teachers and three rooms only at the initial stage of the school. In 2012 class V started with 23 students first. Now there are four classes V, VI, VII & VIII in our school. Today the school runs with three teachers and a group -D staff. Our school is situated in Panchgara-Toregram G.P., under Pandua Block, in the district of Hooghly. It is to be noted that the natural beauty of the village named Sandua has encircled the school. It has also enriched the beauty of the school. Our school is maintained by Ad-hoc committee. Discipline is maintained properly here. Education, MDM, sports, etc run normally in an enthusiastic way. Most of the students of our school come from poor and needy family. We help them so far as possible. The classes are maintained according to the routine and norms prescribed by the WBBSE.

Our school is two-storied. It has adequate toilets for girls and boys. There are five classrooms in our school. Our school has a library too for the students. The teachers motivate the students to take part in social works.
