School is the foremost equipment to reach the virtuous rays of education. It is not only a building to continue the process of filling the child with information like pouring water

into empty vessels. School is a place to tranform the young buds into responsible future citizens , to inspire them to be intellectually sound as well as physically and morally

strong. Keeping this in mind and to spread intelligence into the matter - race, some eminent personalities of sheakhala and its neighbouring shires, stepped forward to set up

a 'Girls' School at sheakhala. This educations with their visionary zeal confirmed the starting of a girls school in 1954 to fulfill the crucial need. Among those respectables the

front - pacer was the then reputed physician Dr. Mongolmoy Nandi, honourable Nitai Chandra Bandyopadhyay and the legondary headmaster of Sheakhala Benimadhab High School Birajaksha Mukhopadhyay. At the onset the school started at a portion of building of Sheakhala Benimadhab Boys' School in morning session. The then students ( girls ) had to cross the muddy path in rain and cold wave in winter. Some teachers of Sheakhala Benimadhab Boys' School used to teach on low, pay. Teaching

period being less students study was hampered. Dr. Mongolmoy Nandi stepped forward almost like a sage in alleviating the crisis. He bought land and built up the school building with only two rooms in the place where the school is located today. The dream to open a 'Girls' school in a separate building with good infrastructure in Sheakhala

village did not come in reality for a longer period. The two roomed building founded by Dr. Nandi was abandoned for many days in negligence and the school continued as

before in Sheakhala Boys' school in mornig sessiuon. The predecessors dream to establish a' girls' school in sheakhala region was finally fulfilled by their eligible successors. Renowned science teacher of Sheakhala Boys' school Ramkrishna Ghosh first took the initiative.
