History

Beledanga village is under Barijhati Panchayat under Chanditala Police Station of Hooghly District. The school was first run in 1935 at Beledanga Harisava. Later, a great man of the village Shri Khetramohan Ghosh built four brick houses at his own expense on two bighas of land to preserve the memory of his father. The playground with boundary wall is one of the main attraction of this school. On 01/04/1948, this school received official sanction as Baliadanga Makhanlal Primary School.
