There was no school has been established which is useful for modern education in this village. Pathshala was started in the village in this time. So the boys used to go to that pathshala first to learn .Pathshala was held in Ghosh's Durga Dalan. The teacher was Akshay Pandit. The Pathshala was closed after he died. The villagers were very poor at that time. They could not afford to build a school house. Several prominent people in this village planed to build a school for the children of this village. So Anil Kumar Sarkar, a prominent person here, went to Bimal Krishna Ghosh in Calcutta. He told him the details of the plan. The school building plan was estimated by the Tulsicharan Sarkar. The plan had a hall room of 70 to 72 feet long. Tulsi babu's condition in the village was also quite prosperous then. Tulsicharan Sarkar bears half the cost of building this school house. The people of the village were not backward either. They also expend a helping hand with as much as money they can.Bimal Krishna Ghosh helped as much as he could. And the youth of the village and the new members of Tarabandhab samiti go to different village in the area under the direction Of Kamal Krishna Sarkar to collect donations. In this way money was raised to build a school house. The school was relocated to that house on First January, 1941,after the completion of the earthen school house as designed by Tulsicharan Sarkar. The school was approved by the Government of West Bengal in 1948 and named Telua Sishu Siksha Sadan.
