Purbachakla Junior High Madrasah started its journey as a new setup co-educational govt. aided junior high madrasahin 2011.The institution is situated in Purbachakla of Hooghly district, West Bengal by the river Darakeswar.It helps to promote the education of Boys and Girls of the villages like Purbachakla,Paschim Chakla, Amboula, Belun,Ashpur,Moshidbera,Komla etc. in Hooghly.The Institution first started its journey in a classroom of Purbachakla Primary School with class V and a low land of 37 shatak. The land was donated by two great local persons interested in education.Two teachers were appointed first (one TIC and One AT ) by The West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission in 2012. New adhoc committee and Managing Committee were formed time to time as per existing rules of WBBME. Next MId Day Meal was introduced as existing rules. Then with the fund of SSM two Class Room were founded with a ceremony with the great presence of local BDO, SDO, SI of schools, The President of Zilla Parishad and all the villagers. Then the Institution was shifted to its scheduled land.Gradually the madrasah is developed as a building with 9 classrooms, 4 toilets, a kitchen and running water and electricity.The campus was surrounded by the trees provided by local Panchayet.Meanwhile, the vacant AT posts were filled up by WBMSC. In 2021, first HM joined and is continuing the developing of the madrasah.Now Purbachakla Junior high Madrasah is a full fledged junior high madrasah.Though the locality is of population of low density and there are two another H.S. Schools, our madrasah authority is trying best to develop it as madhyamik one.
