History

       Kamarpukur Nayantara Balika Vidyalaya (H.S.) is a government sponsored school, situated near Kamarpukur Ramkrishna Mission, the birth place of Sri Ramkrishna Paramhans. This school was established on 2nd January,1970 on the land donated by late Badal Chandra Halder, in the name of his wife late, Nayantara Halder. The name of the founder of thr school being Brajadhari Ghosh.

The school covers a total area of 74 satak.  To enhance the education for girls the contributions of Swami Viswanathanandaji Maharaj is undeniably massive which resulted in making Kamarpukur Nayantara Balika Vidyalaya a reputed educational institute, that it is now.
