Ayma primary school( Sing-28) is a Govt. aided Co-educational Institution for Primary Students.The School Administration is controlled by the Sub-Inspector  of Schools of Singur Circle.It is situated under Anandanagar Gram Panchayet Area,Singur Block,Hooghly District.Our School is sanctioned on  1st March 1948 when being sympathetic Late Monmohan Ghanti and his brother Late Dhananjoy Ghanti dedicated 7 satak land from their property  for School Building due to educate and welfare for their Village Children(Deed No.59/1-3-48.Mouza-Antisarah,

No.& Date of School Approval:MS-4/ 1-3-48).

But nobody knows when this Institution was started.Even the Aged Persons of this locality proudly say that their Grandfathers were also the students of this Institution.An old dilapidated Shiva Temple bears the evidence which may be near about 300 years old.

The School  Building was then Mud hut.Later perhaps 60 years ago the Villagers turned it into brick-built School Building.Since then it was not renovated though a kitchen shed was  built for Mid-Day Meal on the roof of the building by Govt.grant 5 years ago. The old building is really about to worn out.
