                    BASUBATI HARIJAN PRIMARY SCHOOL

The name of our school is ‘Basubati Harijan Primary School’.Now It is in Basubati Gram Panchayat area under  singur block of Hooghly District,West Bengal.You can say the location of our school is in the capital of our Gram Panchayat area.Now it is under Kamarkundu Circle of H.D.P.S.C.

      It was established couple of decades ago,exactly in the year of 1962.It was built by the efforts of some local people.They felt the necessity of a school in their socially backward  class area.As a result , giving land,free labour and taking small donation,they built it.In that time infrastructure was not so good.After that slowly increases the infrastructure of our

. school.But till not completed.

                                                  Our school is very small.There is no land to extend our building horizontally.Though our school is very small but it is like palace to the students & teachers too.The  students  love to stay at their own school.At last we are proud to inform you that class FIVE is started in our school from the current academic year i.e 2020.
