History

Kharial Board Primary school established in 1874 under the supervision of the then famous educationist and philanthropist Sri Bholanath Bhattacharya and Sri Nilratan Bhattacharya, both land donor, in a visionary and ahead-of-era intention to impart modern education to the young students of the locality. Later Sri Tinkari Bhattacharya and Sri Nishikanta Bhattacharya donated more lands and developed this school further.

After independence this educational institute got government approval on 1.04.1948. From then onwards 01 April is recognised as Foundation Day of our school.

This year we are celebrating SESQUICENTENNIAL YEAR (150YEARS) of our school with our limited resources.
