The school began its journey way back in 1942 at the able leadership of its first HM Late Debananda Neyogi.It was then started with only two classes of VII and VIII.It was elevated to a tenth class school in 1944 and merged with the-then ME school.Later in July1976 it was upgraded to the new HS school.It saw many ups and downs in its journey of disseminating education and enlighting students.Its glorious past has always been encouraging the present stakeholders to work dynamically to achieve more and more success.
