SCHOOL HISTORY

Barjora Gramin Jr High School,Barjora,Bankura,was set up in 2008 to cater basic  education upto class VIII in the middle of the village beside the Shibtala Road 

in the campus of the previous Barjora Basic School.The school was established for the students coming from nearby villages as well as for the students of this local area .The school has developed in due coarse in every respect such as the number of the students is increasing. the purpose of settiing up such junior school by the west bengal Govt.is really laudable as the small boys and girls upto age of 13 can get the facility of education upto classVIII in his or her locality. It was seen that many boys and girls become drop-outs as they did not have junior schoolin their locality and they could not go to high school because of the distance. In this regard the purpose of setting up this school has been successful.
