History

On the 1st March, 1954 Borah Pry. School,  was started at Borah,Ratra,Bankura. It began as a Primary School consisting of the Lower classes Pre Primary - IV with Bengali  medium of instruction.  The school aims at the education of the community around and extends its services to members of all other communities to the extent possible. The school stands for academic excellence, with a view to training students to be good citizens to Country.
