The President of the board of secondary education, wb, was pleased to grant kankradara Shibananda Smriti vidyalaya recognition as a high school for the first time with effect from 1st January 1954 vide memo no 28100/g dated calcutta. The 31/12/1953
The school came under salary deficit scheme vide memo no. 2567(s) Bankura the 10 th September 1954.
On the recommendation of the Director of Public Instruction, wb, the administrator was pleased to grant kankradara Shibananda Smriti vidyalaya recognition as a higher secondary school with Humanities w. e. f. 1.1.1957 vide memo no 5884/G dated 6.2.1957
The President of the West bengal board of Higher secondary education,wb, granted kankradara Shibananda Smriti vidyalaya first recognition as Institution for imparting Higher secondary education(class XI&XII) in General stream courses in both laboratory and non laboratory based subjects vide memo no. 3953/Recog. Date 7.9.77
