History

Moshiara High School was established in an auspicious moment in 1948 with active cooperation and financial help of the local speculative education lovers. From that moment our school has been nourishing mainly dreams and expectation of the interior tribal area .Later as per demand of higher  education ,our school has been upgraded to secondary school in 1963 and in 2006 the school has been further upgraded  to Higher Secondary School .At present this school  has been fulfilling the institutional education according to the demand of day to day learning of the local boys and girls.

                                Keeping the demand of the local people in mind from the time immemorial a group of well educated and humble teachers has been working periodically .For their direct nourishment innumerable erudite students have established this school with its own glory. In its extending course of education a few magnanimous persons embellished the chair of the Head Master, among them notables are Kalipada Mandal, Kamalakanta Patra ,Ranjit Banerjee ,Narayan Chandra Banerjee, Indranarayan Roy and Guiram Kundu. The local generous persons who have dedicated themselves for the management of the school and have taken active part to build the school are Motilal Roy ,Abanimohan Roy, Kumudranjan Mukherjee,Amarendranath Chatterjee, Madhusudan Roy, Pradip kumar Banerjee, Jagannath Mukherjee  etc.At the same time these respected persons are notable controller of the history of this institution.

   At first though the school started its holy journey with a cottage, thatched with straw , a building with four rooms was built in 1948.That very building ,surrounded by several buildings  is now standing gracefully as a witness of the history of this institution . At present this institution has arranged not only traditional education but also vocational education and computer learning to fulfil the demand of trending education. The existing teaching and non-teaching staffs will spare no pains to discharge their duties so that the institution may fulfil the beautiful dreams of the local people providing life oriented education in future days.
