History

Bharra Nagardanga Primary School is a very old Primary School situated in the village Bharra under Mejia Circle (Bankura). The School was established in post independence era (1954). Earlier there was no building available for the School. The teaching learning process started under a tree facing severe problems. Later by the support of some honourable persons of the village there established a building  with two classrooms. Now there are two more school buildings and a mid-day-meal kitchen shed are established. The School campus is now surrounded with boundary wall and there are toilets for the students. Now the School has found it's own dimension.
