History

Sayerbakra Primary School was established in 1953 with the help of respected and memorable Late Sudhir Chandra Ghoshal (local resident). He donated 7 satak (decimal) land (JL No- 99, Plot No- 96/725, Mouza- Sayerbakra) to build up the the school by registering the land to DPSC Bankura. First founding head teacher was respected Late Panchanan Goswami.
