History

This is a school of minority Muslim boys and girls since 1941. At that time Punisole Board High School was a 2 class M.E school. Its recognition no. Is 1716-G-dt 15.3.41. As an educational institution it started its journey in that year(1941). Afterwads in1964 it was upgraded as a 4 class high school and its recognition memo no is 1118-G dt 03.03.64. Gradually the number of students became higher and at last it grew up as a class X high school in 1996 ( recognition number S/Recog/96/42 dated 07.3.96). Finally after a hard and long battle it got the shape of a higher secondary school in 2017( recognition no. Is DS(Aca)SD/0017/Govt.Aided/Recog/2017 dated23/02/2017. Now nearly 2800 students from class X to XII study here.
